Dr. Sorel has served as a subject matter expert on World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. National Institute of Mental Health, (NIMH),World Bank Group (WBG), the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), and the Organization for Economic Cooperation & Development (OECD) projects. He chairs the Access to Care Committee of the American Psychiatric Association (APA).

Prof. Zohar is the Director of the National Post-Trauma Center, Research Foundation by the Sheba Medical Center, Israel. He is an emeritus professor of Psychiatry at the Sackler Faculty of Medicine, at Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Dubicka qualified in medicine and psychology in London, completing child psychiatry training in Manchester, and an MD in adolescent depression. She was an adolescent unit consultant for over a decade, working with young people who were often high risk and suicidal, and recently moved to Greater Manchester where she is helping develop crisis services for young people and is a research lead.

Jack Turban MD MHS is a researcher, medical journalist, and fellow in child and adolescent psychiatrist at Stanford, where he studies the mental health of transgender youth. He is co-editor of the textbook Pediatric Gender Identity: Gender-affirming Care for Transgender and Gender Diverse Youth.

In his daily work, he combines patient care, teaching, supervision and management of the department of developmental disorders. His aim is to contribute to the best possible care for young people with mental health problems and their families. He has roles in education and training as a training program director, as chair of the working group of CAP teaching curriculum revision in the Netherlands and as President of the Board of Education of the UEMS-CAP.
